In the realm of ideal air compression, the power needed for single-stage pressure transmission matches the cumulative power for multi-stage compression. However, in practical scenarios, this power demand escalates due to elements like coupling transmission losses, bearing friction, and the cooling effects of liquid viscosity. For optimal efficiency, it is imperative to minimize the compression ratio at each stage, ensuring the overall power required for multi-stage compression remains lower than that of single-stage compression.
The Sanzhi 132kw Two-Stage Screw Air Compressor features an advanced dual rotary screw mechanism, incorporating both active and passive screws. Driven by an external transmission, the active screw propels the passive screw. The system initiates with a low-pressure screw group in the first stage, followed by a high-pressure screw group in the second stage. Each screw is encased by a sealing air film, facilitating gas compression through sequential suction, pressurization, and exhaust cycles during the screw's rotation.
First Stage Compression: In this initial phase, the low-pressure screw group begins the gas compression process. Gas enters the screw compression chamber through the suction valve, where the rapid rotation of the screw rotor further compresses the gas, efficiently transferring it to the second stage.
Second Stage Compression: In this advanced phase, gas enters a more confined screw space and undergoes compression at significantly higher temperatures and pressures. The exhaust valve then opens, releasing the high-pressure gas from the system.
