When the system's air consumption decreases and the compressor's output surpasses demand, the inverter air compressor intelligently reduces rotational speed, thereby decreasing compressed air output. Conversely, it increases motor speed to boost compressed air output, maintaining stable system pressure at all times.
By incorporating advanced vector control technology, the unit achieves a broad operational speed range while minimizing motor temperature rise. This ensures that the motor delivers optimal and adequate torque to drive the air compressor seamlessly. The motor current, consisting of torque-generating and other components, is expertly managed through vector control technology, which distributes these current values.
