Working Principle
A permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor utilizes a pressure sensor to instantly detect the actual system pressure and air consumption. Through precise control of the electric system and frequency converter, it adjusts the motor speed while maintaining the torque of the air compressor motor. This regulation ensures that the system pressure is stable and that compressed air is delivered according to demand. When air consumption decreases, the compressor reduces its speed, thereby decreasing compressed air output. Conversely, it increases the motor speed to boost compressed air output, ensuring a steady system pressure.
By adopting vector control technology, the unit can operate over a wide range of speeds while minimizing motor temperature rise. This ensures optimal and sufficient torque to drive the air compressor smoothly. The motor current comprises torque-generated components and others. Vector control technology distributes these current values to determine both the torque and other current components. This technology can effectively compensate for voltage drops at the motor end, allowing the motor to deliver maximum torque without increasing the current.
