The meticulously engineered Stationary 110kw Two-Stage Screw Compressor boasts a dual rotary screw mechanism. Each compression stage consists of an active and a passive screw, where the active screw drives the passive one via an external power transmission device. This ingenious system includes a low-pressure rate screw group for the initial stage, and a high-pressure rate screw group for the second stage, both enveloped in a sealing air film. The compression process unfolds in three pivotal phases: suction, pressurization, and exhaust.
First Stage Compression: During the initial stage, a low-pressure rate screw group adeptly compresses the gas. Gas enters through the suction valve into the compression chamber and is compacted by the high-speed rotation of the screw rotor. This primes the gas for the subsequent stage by progressively compressing and transferring it.
Second Stage Compression: In this phase, the gas is subject to further compression in a more confined screw space, encountering elevated temperatures and pressures. The exhaust valve then releases these high-pressure gases efficiently and effectively out of the system.
Prior to entering the first stage, ambient air is meticulously filtered and mixed with a small quantity of lubricating oil within the compression chamber. This blend undergoes initial compression to reach the interstage pressure. The gas then traverses a cooling channel, where a significant amount of oil mist notably reduces its temperature. Thereafter, the cooled gas enters the second-stage rotor for further compression, culminating in its expulsion via the exhaust valve, thus completing the compression cycle.
