Through an external power transmission mechanism, the active screw drives the passive one. The initial stage features a low-pressure screw group, while the subsequent stage employs a high-pressure screw group. Surrounding each screw, a sealing air film ensures optimal compression as the screws rotate, effectively managing the gas through three distinct phases: suction, pressurization, and discharge.
First Stage Compression: At the outset, the gas is compressed by a low-pressure screw group. Entering the screw compression chamber via the suction valve, the gas undergoes gradual compression under the high-speed rotation of the screw rotors, subsequently being directed to the secondary compression stage.
Second Stage Compression: Here, the gas is channeled into a more confined screw space, experiencing compression at elevated temperatures and pressures. This stage concludes with the opening of the exhaust valve, allowing the expulsion of the high-pressure gas from the system.
Natural air, filtered through an air filter, enters the first compression stage and mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber. This blended gas is simultaneously compressed to an intermediate pressure.
