In an ideal air compression scenario, the power needed for single-stage pressure transmission equals the collective power required for multi-stage compression. However, in reality, higher power demands arise due to factors such as transmission power loss, bearing friction, and liquid viscosity cooling effects. The two-stage screw air compressor boasts a sophisticated dual rotary screw system. Each stage features an active and a passive screw, with the active screw driving the passive screw via an external power transmission mechanism.
