Working Principle
A permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor uses a pressure sensor to instantly detect the actual pressure and air consumption within the system. Through precise control of the electric motor and frequency converter, it adjusts the motor speed without altering the torque. This regulation maintains system pressure by providing compressed air on-demand. When system air consumption diminishes, the compressor output surpasses the requirement, prompting the inverter air compressor to reduce rotational speed and thus air output. Conversely, when air consumption increases, it elevates motor speed to boost compressed air output, ensuring stable system pressure.
By employing advanced vector control technology, the unit operates efficiently across a wide speed range, ensuring minimal motor temperature rise while delivering adequate torque to drive the air compressor seamlessly. The motor's current is composed of torque-generating components and other vector control elements, which optimally allocate current values for maximum efficiency. This technology compensates for voltage drops at the motor end, allowing it to output maximum torque without increasing current, thereby enhancing performance.
