The revolutionary two-stage screw air compressor epitomizes advanced engineering with its dual rotary screw design, featuring both an active and a passive screw. The active screw, driven by an external power transmission mechanism, energizes the passive screw. The first stage engages with a low-pressure rate screw assembly, while the second stage advances with a high-pressure rate assembly. Encircling each screw, a sealing air film enhances the rotation, facilitating gas compression through a fluid cycle of suction, pressurization, and exhaust, thereby ensuring optimal efficiency and superior performance.

First stage compression: In this crucial first phase, the two-stage screw air compressor utilizes a low-pressure rate screw assembly to expertly compress the gas. As the gas enters the screw compression chamber via the suction valve, the high-speed rotation of the screw rotor meticulously compresses and propels it towards the second stage, setting the stage for efficient and seamless compression.

Second stage compression: Advancing to the second stage, the gas enters a more confined screw chamber, where it encounters elevated temperature and pressure. Natural air, purified through an air filter, initiates its passage into the first compression stage, where it interacts with a minute amount of lubricating oil within the compression chamber. This mixture is compressed to an interstage pressure level. The cooled, compressed gas then progresses to the second-stage rotor, undergoing a further round of compression to reach the final exhaust pressure.
