The sophisticated design of the Stationary 110kw Two-Stage Screw Compressor features a dual rotary screw mechanism. Each stage comprises an active and a passive screw, with the active screw driving the passive screw via an external power transmission device. This system incorporates a low-pressure rate screw group for the initial stage and a high-pressure rate screw group for the second stage, each enveloped in a sealing air film. The compression process unfolds through three critical phases: suction, pressurization, and exhaust.

First Stage Compression: In the initial stage, a low-pressure rate screw group efficiently compresses the gas. Gas enters the compression chamber through the suction valve and is squeezed by the high-speed rotation of the screw rotor.
