The sophisticated design of the Stationary 110kw Two-Stage Screw Compressor features a dual rotary screw mechanism. Each stage comprises an active and a passive screw, with the active screw driving the passive screw via an external power transmission device. This system incorporates a low-pressure rate screw group for the initial stage and a high-pressure rate screw group for the second stage, each enveloped in a sealing air film. The compression process unfolds through three critical phases: suction, pressurization, and exhaust.
First Stage Compression: In the initial stage, a low-pressure rate screw group efficiently compresses the gas. Gas enters the compression chamber through the suction valve and is squeezed by the high-speed rotation of the screw rotor. This process primes the gas for the second stage by progressively compressing and transferring it.
Second Stage Compression: Here, the gas is further compressed in a more confined screw space, experiencing higher temperatures and pressures. The exhaust valve then releases the high-pressure gases, ensuring they are expelled efficiently and effectively from the system.
Before entering the first stage, natural air undergoes meticulous filtration and mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil within the compression chamber. This blend is initially compressed to the interstage pressure. The gas then travels through a cooling channel, encountering a substantial amount of oil mist that significantly reduces its temperature. Subsequently, the cooled gas enters the second-stage rotor for further compression, culminating in its expulsion through the exhaust valve to complete the compression cycle.
Water-cooled compressors harness the remarkable cooling power of water, circulating it through the air compressor to not only enhance lubrication by cleansing internal components but also extend the lifespan of friction-wearing parts.
