By doing so, the total energy necessary for multi-stage compression is maintained lower than that of a single-stage system, optimizing performance and minimizing energy waste.

Introducing the advanced two-stage screw air compressor, an engineering marvel with a refined design that includes dual rotary screw compressors, each hosting a dynamic combination of an active and passive screw. The system's active screw, driven by an external power source, propels the passive screw into action. This remarkable device features a first stage that employs a low-pressure rate screw group, while the second stage excels with a high-pressure variant. Encasing each screw is a sealing air film that enhances the rotational process, enabling gas compression through a flawless cycle of suction, pressurization, and exhaust, ensuring unparalleled efficiency and performance.

First stage compression: In this crucial initial phase, the two-stage screw air compressor utilizes a low-pressure rate screw group to expertly compress the gas. As the gas is drawn into the screw compression chamber via the suction valve, the rapid rotation of the screw rotor gradually compresses it, directing it towards the second stage, thereby setting the stage for efficient compression.

Second stage compression: Moving to the second critical stage, the gas is subjected to a more restricted screw space, where it experiences heightened temperature and pressure.
