Presenting an innovative two-stage screw air compressor, exquisitely designed with dual rotary screw compressors, both equipped with an active and a passive screw. Here, the active screw, driven by an external transmission system, animates the passive screw. In this dynamic synergy, the initial stage begins with a low-pressure rate screw group, while the subsequent stage amplifies the process with a high-pressure variant. First stage compression: In this crucial commencement, the two-stage screw air compressor employs a low-pressure rate screw group to deftly compress the gas. As the gas travels into the screw compression chamber via the suction valve, the rapid rotation of the high-speed screw rotor compresses and propels the gas to the second stage, setting a robust foundation for efficient compression.
