A: For standard voltage units, delivery is within 15 working days post order confirmation. For non-standard requirements, please contact our sales team.

A: Payment terms include 30% T/T in advance, 40% T/T before shipment, and the remaining 30% T/T upon B/L copy. Payments can be made in USD or RMB.

A: We offer a comprehensive warranty of one year for the entire machine and two years for the screw air compressor, excluding consumable spare parts.
