A permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor utilizes a sophisticated pressure sensor to immediately detect the actual use pressure and air consumption within the system. Through the precise manipulation of the electric and frequency converter, it adjusts the motor speed without altering the motor's torque. This ensures the system pressure is regulated, producing compressed air precisely according to demand. When system air consumption drops, if the compressor output surpasses the demand, the inverter air compressor lowers the rotational speed, thus decreasing the compressed air output. Conversely, it increases the motor speed to boost compressed air production, ensuring a stable system pressure.
By adopting advanced vector control technology, this unit can function across a broad range of speeds while minimizing motor temperature rise, ensuring optimal torque to drive the air compressor seamlessly. The motor current is composed of the torque component and other vector control components. This technology distributes the motor current values to determine the torque-generating component and other current components. Vector control techniques provide optimal compensation for voltage drops at the motor end, enabling the motor to deliver maximum torque without increasing current.
