First Stage Compression: The initial stage of the Powerful 132kw Two-Stage Screw Air Compressor employs a low-pressure rate screw group to compress the gas. The gas is drawn into the compression chamber via the suction valve. With the high-speed rotation of the screw rotor, the gas is gradually compressed and transferred to the subsequent stage for further processing.
Second Stage Compression: In this crucial stage, the gas enters a more confined screw space, subjected to higher temperatures and pressures. The exhaust valve then efficiently expels the high-pressure gases from the system, completing the compression process.
Natural air is drawn into the first compression stage through a high-efficiency air filter, where it mixes with a small quantity of lubricating oil for smoother operation. This mixture is compressed to an optimal interstage pressure. The compressed gas then travels through a cooling channel, encountering significant oil mist that significantly reduces its temperature. This cooled gas is then directed into the second-stage rotor for further compression, achieving the final exhaust pressure. The compressor system efficiently expels the gas through the exhaust valve, completing the entire, highly efficient compression cycle.
