Q6. How long is the delivery time?
A: For standard voltage units, delivery is typically within 15 working days after order confirmation. For non-standard requests, please contact our sales team for more details.
Q7. What's the payment term?
A: Payment terms are 30% T/T in advance, 40% T/T before shipment, and 30% T/T upon receipt of the B/L copy. We accept payments in both USD and RMB.
Q8. How about your warranty?
A: We provide a one-year warranty for the entire machine and a two-year warranty for the screw air compressor, excluding consumable spare parts.
Q9. What about the maintenance?
A: The initial maintenance should be performed after 500 hours of operation. Subsequently, regular maintenance is required every 2000-3000 hours, taking into account the actual working environment.
Q10. Can machines be run in high-temperature environment?
A: Yes, our machines are designed to operate efficiently in high-temperature environments, with a working temperature range from -20°C to 45°C (-4°F to 113°F).
