In an ideal air compression scenario, the energy required for single-stage pressure transmission should be equal to the total energy required for multi-stage compression. However, real-world conditions introduce factors such as coupling transmission losses, bearing friction, and the cooling effects of liquid viscosity, all of which increase power demands. To achieve optimal efficiency, it is crucial to minimize the compression ratio at each stage, ensuring that the overall power needed for multi-stage compression is less than that of single-stage compression.
The two-stage screw air compressor is meticulously designed with an advanced dual rotary screw mechanism. This includes both active and passive screws, where the active screw, driven by an external transmission, powers the passive screw. The system begins with a low-pressure screw group in the first stage, followed by a high-pressure screw group in the second stage. Each screw is encased by a sealing air film, allowing gas compression through consecutive cycles of suction, pressurization, and exhaust during the screw's rotation.
First Stage Compression: In this crucial initial phase, the low-pressure screw group begins the gas compression process.
