In an ideal air compression process, the power needed for single-stage pressure transmission is equal to the cumulative power required for multi-stage compression. However, due to practical factors like transmission power loss from couplings, bearing friction, and the cooling effect of liquid viscosity, the actual working power tends to be higher. By diminishing the compression ratio for each stage, we can significantly reduce wasted power, resulting in the total power required for multi-stage compression being less than that of single-stage compression.

Second Stage Compression: In this phase, gas enters a more confined screw space within the high-pressure rate screw group, where it experiences further compression at higher temperatures and pressures. The exhaust valve then opens, releasing the high-pressure gases from the system.
Natural air is drawn into the first stage of compression through an air filter, where it mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber. This blend of gas and oil is compressed to interstage pressure. The compressed gas then passes through a cooling channel, encountering a substantial amount of oil mist that significantly reduces its temperature. The cooled, compressed gas moves into the second-stage rotor for two-stage compression and is finally compressed to exhaust pressure.
