In the ideal realm of air compression, the energy required for single-stage pressure transmission is theoretically identical to the combined power needed for multi-stage compression. Our two-stage screw air compressor stands as a feat of engineering brilliance, incorporating a dual-stage rotary screw design. Each stage houses an active and a passive screw, with the active screw energizing the passive one through an external power source. The first stage employs a screw group with a low-pressure rate, while the second stage features a high-pressure rate group. First stage compression: In this foundational phase, the two-stage screw air compressor utilizes a low-pressure rate screw group to initiate gas compression.
