A permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor leverages a pressure sensor to instantly detect the actual usage pressure and air consumption within the system. Utilizing precise control via an electric and frequency converter, it adjusts motor speed while maintaining the torque of the air compressor motor. This regulation ensures the system pressure is modulated to deliver compressed air according to demand. If system air consumption decreases, and the compressor provides more air than needed, the inverter air compressor reduces its rotational speed, thereby cutting down the compressed air output. Conversely, when higher air output is required, the motor speed increases to ensure stable system pressure.

The motor current is composed of the torque component generated by the motor.
