In the ideal realm of air compression, a single-stage compression would seamlessly match the cumulative power requirements of multiple-stage operations. However, in the dynamic and demanding world of actual applications, higher power becomes a necessity. This is due to challenges such as transmission power loss, friction in bearings, and the cooling effects brought about by liquid viscosity. By skillfully reducing the compression ratio at each stage, multi-stage compression can dramatically diminish the power required compared to single-stage compression, thereby enhancing efficiency and minimizing unnecessary energy wastage.

Our state-of-the-art two-stage screw air compressor boasts a sophisticated dual rotary screw mechanism. Each powerful stage comprises an active and a passive screw, where the active screw masterfully drives the passive screw through an innovative external power transfer system. The initial stage features a low-pressure screw assembly, and the subsequent stage is equipped with a high-pressure screw assembly. Ingeniously designed sealing air films envelop each screw, orchestrating the compression process through three meticulously crafted phases: suction, pressurization, and exhaust.

First stage compression: At the onset of the two-stage screw air compressor operation, a specialized low-pressure screw assembly comes into play. Gas is adeptly drawn into the screw compression chamber via the precisely designed suction valve. As the rotor spins at an impressive high speed, the gas is skillfully compressed and seamlessly transferred to the second stage for further compression.
