First Stage Compression: The journey begins as the low-pressure rate screw group skillfully compresses the incoming gas. The gas flows into the compression chamber via a suction valve, where it is gradually compressed before being transferred to the second stage, driven by the high-speed rotations of the screw rotor.
Second Stage Compression: In this critical phase, the gas enters a more constricted screw space, experiencing heightened compression at increased temperatures and pressures. The high-pressure gases are then efficiently expelled from the system as the exhaust valve opens, flawlessly completing the compression cycle.
