A permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor uses an advanced pressure sensor to instantly detect the actual system pressure and air consumption. Through precise control by the electric and frequency converter, it adjusts the motor speed without altering the torque of the air compressor motor. If system air consumption decreases and the compressor's air supply exceeds this, the inverter air compressor reduces its rotational speed, thereby lowering compressed air output. Conversely, it increases the motor speed to boost compressed air output, maintaining stable system pressure.
Adopting state-of-the-art vector control technology, this unit operates efficiently across a wide range of speeds while minimizing motor temperature rise. This technology ensures sufficient torque to drive the air compressor smoothly. The motor current, composed of torque and other vector components, is optimally distributed.
