The two-stage screw air compressor is ingeniously structured with a two-stage rotary screw system, featuring an active screw intricately paired with a passive screw. At the first stage, a low-pressure rate screw group sets the process in motion, followed by a high-pressure rate screw group in the second stage. Each screw is enveloped by a sealing air film. First stage compression: Initiating the dual-stage process, the first stage employs a low-pressure rate screw group where gas is adeptly maneuvered into the screw compression chamber via the suction valve. Here, under the relentless high-speed rotation of the screw rotor, the gas is deftly compacted and propelled forward to the second stage, ready for intensified compression.
Second stage compression: Stepping into the second stage, the gas encounters a more confined screw space, where it is subjected to heightened temperature and pressure. The process begins as natural air is drawn through the air filter into the first compression stage, where it merges with a subtle amount of lubricating oil within the chamber.
