This two-stage screw air compressor is ingeniously designed with a dual-stage rotary screw mechanism. Each stage boasts an active and passive screw, where the active screw, driven by an external power source, powers the passive counterpart. Each screw is enveloped in a sealing air film for optimal efficiency. As these screws rotate, the air undergoes an intricate transformation through three critical phases: suction, pressurization, and exhaust.
First Stage Compression: In the initial phase of the two-stage screw air compressor, a specialized low-pressure screw group actively compresses the gas drawn into the chamber through the suction valve. The rapid rotation of the screw rotor intensively compresses the gas, priming it for the next stage.
Second Stage Compression: As the gas advances into this phase, it enters a more confined screw space, significantly raising its temperature and pressure. The exhaust valve strategically opens to release the high-pressure gases efficiently from the system, concluding the compression journey.
Natural air is meticulously inducted into the initial compression stage via an air filter, where it seamlessly merges with a precise amount of lubricating oil. This expertly compressed mixture is propelled to an interstage pressure. Following compression, the gas navigates through a cooling conduit, encountering a robust oil mist that dramatically reduces its temperature. This cooled gas is then propelled into the second-stage rotor for further compression, achieving the targeted final exhaust pressure.
