However, various real-world factors like coupling power loss, friction from bearings, and the cooling effects of liquid viscosity lead to increased actual working power. To counteract this inefficiency, a strategic reduction in the compression ratio at each stage is essential. This ensures that the overall power required for multi-stage compression remains less than that of a single-stage system, thereby enhancing performance and minimizing energy waste.

Revolutionizing the industry, the two-stage screw air compressor features a remarkable design with dual rotary screw compressors, each outfitted with an active and passive screw. The active screw is driven by an external power transmission device, which in turn powers the passive screw. At the core of this system, the first stage employs a screw group with a low-pressure rate, while the second stage utilizes a high-pressure rate screw group. Surrounding each screw, a sealing air film optimizes the rotation process, facilitating gas compression through a continuous cycle of suction, pressurization, and exhaust, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.

First stage compression: In the initial phase, the two-stage screw air compressor utilizes a low-pressure rate screw group to skillfully compress the gas. As the gas is drawn into the screw compression chamber through the suction valve, the high-speed screw rotor's rotation progressively compresses it, directing it towards the second stage, thus laying the groundwork for effective compression.

Second stage compression: In this advanced stage, the gas moves into a more confined screw space, where it is exposed to increased temperature and pressure. As the compression process peaks, the exhaust valve is activated, allowing the smooth release of high-pressure gas, thereby upholding system efficiency.

Upon entering the compressor, natural air, purified through an air filter, begins its journey into the first compression stage, blending with a small amount of lubricating oil within the compression chamber. This mixture is compressed to interstage pressure. The resultant compressed gas then moves through the cooling channel, where it interacts with a substantial oil mist, significantly lowering its temperature. The cooled, compressed gas then proceeds to the second-stage rotor for a subsequent round of compression, reaching the final exhaust pressure.
