The revolutionary two-stage screw air compressor showcases a remarkable design, incorporating dual rotary screw compressors with each possessing an active and passive screw. Energized by an external power transmission mechanism, the active screw powers the passive screw. At the core of this system, the first stage employs a low-pressure rate screw group, while the second stage utilizes a high-pressure rate variant. Encasing each screw, a sealing air film enhances the rotation process, enabling a flawless sequence of suction, pressurization, and exhaust, thus ensuring superior efficiency and performance at every step.

First stage compression: In this crucial initial phase, the two-stage screw air compressor utilizes a low-pressure rate screw group to expertly compress the gas.
