Introducing a cutting-edge two-stage screw air compressor with an elegant design, incorporating dual rotary screw compressors. Each unit features an active and a passive screw. Here, the active screw, driven by an external transmission system, energizes the passive screw. This dynamic configuration begins with a low-pressure rate screw group in the first stage, while the second stage elevates the process using a high-pressure rate variant. Each screw is enveloped by a sealing air film, enhancing the rotational dynamics and enabling gas compression through a seamless cycle of suction, pressurization, and exhaust, thereby achieving peak efficiency and outstanding performance.

First stage compression: At this crucial initial phase, the two-stage screw air compressor employs a low-pressure rate screw group to masterfully compress the gas. As gas enters the screw compression chamber via the suction valve, the rapid rotation of the high-speed screw rotor compresses and propels the gas to the second stage, laying a robust foundation for effective compression.
