By thoughtfully reducing the compression ratio at each stage, one can curtail the excess energy, ensuring that the total power for multi-stage compression is notably less than its single-stage counterpart.

First Stage Compression: Commencing the two-stage compression sequence, the first stage employs a low-pressure screw group that tightly encloses the gas.
