Working Principle
In an ideal air compression process, the power required for single-stage pressure transmission equals the sum for multi-stage compression. However, in real-world scenarios, the actual working power increases due to transmission power losses from the coupling, bearing friction, and the cooling effect of liquid viscosity. To minimize these losses, reducing the compression ratio of each stage ensures that the total power required for multi-stage compression is less than for single-stage compression.
The two-stage screw air compressor features a dual-stage rotary screw mechanism. Each stage consists of an active and a passive screw. The active screw, powered externally, drives the passive screw. The first stage uses a low-pressure screw group, while the second stage employs a high-pressure screw group. Sealing air films encircle each screw, and as they rotate, the gas undergoes three processes: suction, pressurization, and exhaust.
First stage compression: The first stage utilizes a low-pressure screw group to compress the gas. Gas enters the screw compression chamber via the suction valve. As the screw rotor rotates at high speed, the gas is squeezed out and moves to the second stage.
Second stage compression: In the second stage, the gas enters a tighter screw space, experiencing higher temperatures and pressures. The exhaust valve opens to release the high-pressure gas from the system.
Natural air passes through the air filter into the first stage, where it mixes with lubricating oil in the compression chamber and is compressed to interstage pressure. The compressed gas then moves through the cooling channel, encountering oil mist that significantly reduces its temperature. The cooled gas enters the second-stage rotor for further compression to the final exhaust pressure, and is ultimately discharged through the exhaust valve, completing the compression cycle.
Water-cooled compressors utilize water as the primary cooling medium, enhancing the overall performance and longevity of the system. The water circulates within the unit, effectively cleaning and lubricating, which significantly extends the life of frictional parts. As the compressor operates, the cooling water absorbs heat from the cylinder and compressed gas, thereby reducing both the exhaust temperature and power consumption. This process leads to lower operational costs. However, it is crucial to manage and monitor potential scaling issues within the water cooling system to ensure optimal performance.

4) Zero Transmission Loss:The integrated shaft directly connects the permanent magnet motor and compressor, resulting in a compact structure devoid of couplings and other transmission components, thereby achieving 100% transmission efficiency.
5) Variable Frequency Soft Start:This feature minimizes the impact on power grid equipment, preventing any potential damage to electrical components.
6) Reduced Energy Consumption:With a frequency conversion range spanning from 25% to 100% (compared to ordinary conversions of 50% to 100%), this system offers up to 30% more energy savings than fixed-speed compressors and about 5% more than standard variable frequency models. The greater the fluctuation in system gas consumption, the more pronounced the energy-saving effect.
7) Unique Two-Stage Compression Air End:The innovative two-stage compression screw design integrates the first and second stage rotors within a single casing, driven by gears to optimize linear speed at each stage, thereby enhancing compression efficiency.
