When system air consumption drops and the compressor's output exceeds demand, the inverter reduces rotational speed, decreasing compressed air output. Conversely, it accelerates the motor to increase compressed air supply, ensuring stable system pressure.
Utilizing advanced vector control technology, the unit operates across a broad speed range while minimizing motor temperature rise, ensuring optimal and sufficient torque to drive the air compressor seamlessly. The motor current comprises torque-generated components and other vector control technology balances these current values to determine the requisite torque and additional current components.
