Working Principle

However, in reality, various factors such as coupling power loss, bearing friction, and the cooling influence due to liquid viscosity increase the actual power consumption. To address this challenge, minimizing the compression ratio at every stage becomes an effective strategy. This method ensures that the overall energy needed for multi-stage compression is kept lower than that of a single-stage system, thus optimizing performance and minimizing energy waste.

Introducing an advanced two-stage screw air compressor with a refined design, featuring dual rotary screw compressors, each possessing both an active and a passive screw. Here, the active screw, powered by an external transmission system, energizes the passive screw. In this dynamic setup, the first stage launches with a low-pressure rate screw group, while the subsequent stage elevates the process with a high-pressure rate variant. Each screw is encased by a sealing air film that enhances the rotational process, enabling gas compression through a flawless cycle of suction, pressurization, and exhaust, thereby ensuring peak efficiency and remarkable performance.

First stage compression: In this pivotal beginning, the two-stage screw air compressor employs a low-pressure rate screw group to expertly compress the gas. As the gas journeys into the screw compression chamber through the suction valve, the swift rotation of the high-speed screw rotor compresses and advances the gas to the second stage, laying a solid groundwork for effective compression.

Second stage compression: Moving into the second stage, the gas is met with a more constricted screw space, where it is subjected to heightened temperature and pressure. As the compression reaches its peak, the exhaust valve engages, seamlessly expelling high-pressure gas and maintaining optimal system efficiency.

Beginning its voyage, natural air purified by an air filter enters the first compression stage, merging with a minute quantity of lubricating oil in the compression chamber. This mixture undergoes compression to interstage pressure. The compressed gas then navigates the cooling channel, interacting with a rich oil mist to significantly lower its temperature. The cooled, compressed gas makes its way to the second-stage rotor for another round of compression, reaching the final exhaust pressure.
