The two-stage screw air compressor is meticulously engineered with a sophisticated dual rotary screw mechanism, featuring both active and passive screws. The active screw, driven by an external transmission, propels the passive screw into action. The system starts with a low-pressure screw group in the first stage, followed by a high-pressure screw group in the second stage. Each screw is enveloped by a sealing air film, enabling seamless gas compression through sequential suction, pressurization, and exhaust cycles during the screw's rotation.
First Stage Compression: In this preliminary phase, the low-pressure screw group initiates the gas compression process.
